Puppy Policies & Guarantees
All puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free of any communicable diseases to the best of the breeder’s knowledge. Breeder will provide the documentation of current vaccinations and other pertinent medical information performed based on a licensed Veterinarian.
The breeder has done everything possible to produce healthy, sound puppies both by breeding only purebred healthy dogs (parents) and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.
Terms of Warranty:

Breeder guarantees against any life threatening or painful genetic problems, which results in euthanazation of dog for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. In the event that a warranty is necessary, Breeder will offer a replacement puppy comparable to the original purchase, from the next available litter. Warranty will be at the breeder’s discretion.

The Parvo virus is extremely dangerous and is deadly to a puppy. A simple visit to the dog park with your puppy can expose your puppy to this very dangerous virus. Buyer agrees to keep puppy away from all other dogs, dog parks and other areas where dogs frequent until all parvo shots are given. Please use extreme caution with this virus. This contract does not cover any health conditions associated with this disease. Please consult with your veterinarian about this very deadly disease.

If you can no longer provide care for the puppy, the Breeder will take the puppy back, along with all registration documentation (signed appropriately to return ownership to the breeders), all vaccination and veterinary treatment records including all health testing. With this commitment, the Buyer should never take the puppy to an animal shelter or place the canine in another home. Buyer should contact the Breeder immediately if there are thoughts of re-homing the puppy. The Breeder will not issue a refund or provide another puppy if the animal is surrendered.

Puppies must go to their new home between 8 and 10 weeks of age. Once 10 weeks of age is hit - there will be an additional $50 a week owed as board.
A violation of the terms of this contract nullifies all guarantees stipulated in this contract.
The waiting list deposit of $100 is non-refundable. This deposit goes towards the cost of the puppy. I will not hold a spot on the list without the deposit. Spots will be given in order by color and when the deposit was received. Please be aware that I do not guarantee when or if litters will be born, litter size, colors and sexes in those litters. If we do not have a litter or the color/sex combo you are looking for in the first litter your deposit will be applied to the following litter. If you have questions, please ask in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
All puppies are guaranteed for health. The parents are DNA tested against diseases and also hip & elbow tested. If you have questions, please ask.

All pups are sold with limited registration. If you are looking for a breeding dog, please inquire ahead of time - for full breeding right registration pups will be an additional $500
